first off... DOGS

Recently, I have been spending most of my days with Miss Barley (pictured below). I adopted her from Animal Friends Alliance this past New Year's Eve. I have had dogs all my life, and after moving from Pennsylvania to come to CSU, I knew I needed a buddy (after moving from the dorms, of course). Enjoy!

movement!

Staying active is an important part of my daily life in many ways. I practice yoga, dance, and I am apart of CSU's rowing club - we row on Horsetooth! I tend to gravitate towards artistic practices that are more physically involved too, particularly within sculpture. Large scale metalwork and woodwork is so fun to me because of the extensive hands-on process.

all the (vegetarian) food.

Cooking with family has always been a big part of my life. I try to make something new everyday, and I find few, simple ingredients most enjoyable for my body and budget! You can also find me working at a certain BBQ place in town... which even has smoked tofu for the vegetarians in the house.
